Release All Karmic Soul Connections

This week I have had quite a few emails, comments, and questions about toxic souls and their karma. Must be the new moon and everyone feeling the need to cleanse toxic from their life. So one of the questions I see quite a bit is how do you know someone is toxic? Those that know me or have read my books know that I chose to end ties with many toxic individuals. I don’t care if it is a child, a spouse, a friend. If I have tried and they continue to prove who they are – BELIEVE THEM. I also, choose not to speak to them or have them near me. My favorite response is no response. I find them not worthy of my life or my response. You can’t explain to people that only understand from their own level. So why try?

She was thrilled to have Carter for the holiday and agreed to attend a kid-friendly party at a friend’s house. Carter, upon arrival at the party, immediately ran downstairs to play with the other kids. She followed him and said hello to all of her friends.

It was emotional, humiliating, and she had to be […]

Life is Fragile

Excerpt from the book, “Behind the Fake Smile” ~ Cut Chapters “I’m so glad tomorrow is Friday. This week seemed like the longest week, and I want the weekend to be here already.” Chelsea thought as she looked up at the clock. The bell rang, and outside the door, she could see Brett’s surfer’s hair […]

Jyl London – Running

Marathon

26.2 miles My goal before I was 40 years old, was to run a marathon. Here is what I learned and might help others planning to run their first marathon. How long will it take to train for it? This answer depends on your running history—how often you run, and for how long. If you’re […]
