Bikini Competition

For those that know me, they will know that I have always enjoyed the gym. It is a stress reliever and I have a sense of Zen when I am working out. I grew up an athlete and have be active my entire life. So naturally, a goal of mine would be to show off my hard work. I wanted to check an ALL-NATURAL bikini body-building competition off of list before I turned 50 years old…. well I am 48 years old now and I did it, March 25, 2023.
